How much does it cost to sell with Casavo?

In Italy, our commission is fixed. We charge 1% for our services, with the following exceptions: - Milan and Rome, €2,000 fixed for homes worth €200,000 or less - Turin, Florence and Bologna, 2,000€ fixed for homes with a value of 120,000€ or less. For France rates vary based on your house details and location.

Who pays the notary?

The notary is fully paid by the buyer.
