Selling time
How does the Casavo sales process work?
Begin by requesting a home value estimate by describing your house. Our algorithm provides an initial estimate and shows how many potential buyers are looking for a house like yours. After sharing photos and more details, you can share your house profile with potential buyers to gather their feedback. After signing the listing agreement, we'll reach out to potential buyers to arrange for them to view your home. In the meantime, you can schedule a professional photo shoot via our app. We'll update you weekly on the progress of your sale. When there's a buyer offer, you'll be notified via the app, and we'll also contact you directly. You can accept offers directly on the app.
How long does it take to sell a house?
The selling time depends on your needs: - Optimal price-timing ratio: Sell in a reasonable timeframe with room for negotiation. - Quick sale: Lower the price for a faster transaction. - Maximize profit: Wait a bit longer for the best price. We'll email you monthly updates about your house, including the average selling prices for homes in your area.

After you sign a listing agreement, unfortunately you cannot. You will need to wait until your listing agreement expires.
When will I need to move out of my house?
This is part of the negotiation you'll have with the buyer. But in general, you need to vacate the property by the day of the final notary meeting.
