What is an offer and how can I get one?

Good question. An offer is the price and conditions, spelled out for you in black and white, at which we guarantee to purchase your property from you. Before the technical appraisal, you will receive a non-binding letter of intent, also called a preliminary offer. After the appraisal, we will either confirm or cancel the offer. It all depends on the outcome of the zoning and building code compliance check.
